Building a pool is a big investment, and I’m so glad we chose this company. Throughout the entire process, Joe and Lee were always available to answer my questions, address my concerns, and make sure I felt heard. From start to finish, Joe was outstanding. His attention to detail was driven by quality, not quantity. If something didn’t look right or wasn’t perfect, he had it fixed. No shortcuts, no settling. He wanted to build a perfect pool, and that is exactly what he delivered.
The design process was just as impressive. Huge credit to Lee Harris for taking our ideas and turning them into a truly custom design. The walkthrough video brought everything to life before construction even started, and the final product looks just as incredible in real life.
The quality of the subcontractors was also top tier. One company that deserves a standout shoutout is Troy Tracwick Plumbing. Some of the nicest and most detail oriented guys we have ever met. The spa, especially the tile work, came out next level. Major credit to Mr. Harris for that out of this world finish.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Premier Pools and Spas. Our salesperson, Jason Kerwin, was a rockstar from the time we met him until our pool was completed. He was very attentive, responsive, and listened to our wants and needs without pushing extras or things we did not want. Jason was very transparent with all the timing and even helped us with our HOA documents needed. Our construction supervisor, Jack, was also very helpful throughout the building process. He always kept us up to date and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. If you want a quality pool built with people you can trust, I highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas. If you get the opportunity to work with Jason you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend Premiere Pools and Spas of Ft Myers. I’ve just completed the entire process of a pool installation with them. I must first say the pool turned out stunningly. I could not be happier with the finish aspects from the decking to the tile work to the interior plaster finish. And, the pool looks exactly as it was designed and exactly what I asked for. The additional bonuses are that at the end of the process you get an entire month of Premiere maintaining the pool chemicals and keeping an eye on the equipment as well to work through all the nuances of a new system. You also get several warranties in addition. I also got a present with a pole, brush, hand vacuum, thermometer, and net for the pool which was a nice surprise.so I was immediately ready to maintain my pool.
Now, I also can’t say enough about the entire team at Premiere Pools Ft Myers.
If you have problems, they show you how to get on the group chat with Premiere and they will fix your problem right away. A team is assigned to you in the very beginning after you complete the first step with your sales person. My sales person was Don Moorehead at the Fort Myers location. He is just amazing. He came to my house, listened to my vision for my pool and put it to electronic design. And, he was there for me every step of the way throughout the multiple months building process. He told me in the beginning that if I did not get what I wanted or did not hear what I wanted from the other team members throughout the entire process to get in touch with him. And, he kept that promise because I did call upon him a time or two throughout the process when I was a little nervous and he was always there for me. He made sure I got exactly what I needed when I needed it. I HiGHLY recommend using Don Moorehead as your salesman if you use Premiere Pools and Spas for your dream pool.
I also worked closely with Jack. Jack was the head construction guy that lead me through each stage of the build and handled all the subs and monitored their work closely. He’s young, newish, but will come through for you. He was excellent at handling any concerns that I had along the way as I had never been through a pool build before. He always would answer the phone or at least call me back soon after.
The sub contractors (and there will be several) that handle the different aspects of the jobs were all professional, always polite, and did excellent work. I was also very pleasantly pleased with the clean up after construction. A single guy came out and worked all day and at the end of that day all debris was cleared away and my yard was leveled again nice and smoothly. I could not have been happier with the clean up job.
Lastly, Zach and Nathan are great as well. Zach will teach you how to use your equipment at the end and will continue to help you in the beginning until you become comfortable with it. Jathan will maintain the chemicals for the first month and is also available for hire thereafter monthly for a very reasonable price to maintain the pool chemicals.
So in all, a very HIGHLY POSITIVE experience with Premiere Pools and Spas of Ft Myers Florida.

We selected Premier Pools & Spas Fort Myers for our pool project and have been extremely disappointed with our experience. Our project remains incomplete, and we have experienced significant delays, poor communication, and concerns regarding workmanship.
Over the course of this project, I have made multiple attempts to contact management, including Steve Mileski and Zach Zervaski, but my calls and messages have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating and has made resolving issues very difficult.
I am still hoping for a resolution and have requested contact from ownership or corporate management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, I cannot recommend the Fort Myers office.
I will gladly update this review if Premier Pools & Spas takes meaningful steps to address these concerns.

Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the acknowledgment that communication could have been better, it does not fully address our concerns.
Our contract was signed on October 1, 2025. We were initially told we could potentially be swimming by Christmas, which was later pushed to February at the latest. We are now in June, and the project is still not complete.
During this project, the pool sat for approximately three months with virtually no work being performed during that time. We also continue to have concerns regarding workmanship that have not been fully addressed.
I would also like to clarify that the delays surrounding the pool enclosure were not caused by the enclosure company. Staff informed me that the enclosure was being removed from my contract, and I was encouraged to contract directly with the enclosure company. Due to prior issues and concerns regarding communication and accountability, I was not comfortable proceeding that way.
Additionally, my interactions with Julio were unprofessional, including being told that it may be best for me to cancel my contract altogether.
My goal has always been to have the pool completed properly and to receive clear communication and accountability. I remain hopeful that these concerns can be resolved and would still welcome direct contact from ownership or corporate management.
These concerns represent only a portion of the issues we have experienced throughout this project. For now, I am focusing on obtaining a resolution and bringing the project to a successful completion.

We do not recommend this company. From the start of our build, there were problems - the coping was wrong, and the interior finish was supposed to be blue but came out brown. The startup/fix - it guy, Zak, promised to come out and address it and never showed. The lies and false promises continued throughout the entire process. The owner in Virginia personally promised that our pool would be built to our expectations - a commitment that territory manager Julio later denied entirely. Our salesperson was fired mid-project. This company is not trustworthy. The only bright spot was our construction manager, who genuinely did his best to keep things moving despite everything working against him. We have built 5 homes with pools since I retired in 2002 and this is the only pool company that we had problems with.

If you are searching for a top quality pool contractor with reasonable pricing do yourself a favor and go with Premier Pools and Spas Ft. Myers. From the very beginning they were fantastic. Our salesman, Billy Gareau did an amazing job bringing my napkin-drawn pool sketch come to life. His pool design skills were exceptional and worked hard to fit our pool within our budget. Premier also made the construction process simple, easy and quick. We were blown away at how quickly they were able to get our pool done while not sacrificing quality. I can’t put into words how happy we were with our construction manager, Dylan Thomas. His work ethic and communication skills are some of the best I’ve ever worked with. He responded back to our questions/concerns extremely quick and resolved any issues we had within days, hours, and even at times, minutes. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to go with Premier Pools and Spas.

He was very accommodating throughout the entire process. Everybody went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with the end product! Dylan, Kevin, & Zach were all amazing as well. I highly recommend this company and if you do go with them, I’d strongly suggest working with Billy as the designer!

We used Premier Pools for our in ground fiberglass pool. We started the process in March with HOA approval and permitting and completed the project the first week of July. Overall communication was great and the team did a good job helping us come up with a plan for where to place the pool and patio in our yard. The only reason we have given 4 instead of 5 stars is because there are so many different contractors used for the project which lead to a little less over sight of Premier Pools than we would have preferred for the project. (Example: stair built into irrigation head and concrete slab for pump equipment poured on top of sprinkler head and valve). Other than that everything was great, we love our pool and would use Premier again!

Premier Pools and spas Midlothian is great ! The quality of their work is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. They were easy to work with, reliable, and incredibly efficient — everything was completed quickly without sacrificing craftsmanship. We used Premier Pools for our in ground fiberglass pool. We started the process in March with HOA approval and permitting and completed the project the first week of July. Overall communication was great and the team did a good job helping us come up with a plan for where to place the pool and patio in our yard. The only reason we have given 4 instead of 5 stars is because there are so many different contractors used for the project which lead to a little less over sight of Premier Pools than we would have preferred for the project. (Example: stair built into irrigation head and concrete slab for pump equipment poured on top of sprinkler head and valve). Other than that everything was great, we love our pool and would use Premier again!

I wish I could Walter and his team sold more than just pools! I have worked with other sales reps for various companies and have never had such an easy, non-forceful experience. He would allow us to pick times and dates that worked around our schedule, such as 6 pm on a Saturday night. He provided so many details and options and was full of information I would not have thought to look up even with Google. His design skills were on point, and he was happy to make multiple changes, even when I think we went through 5-6 iterations before we finalized. And to top it off, my wife enjoyed him also, and she's a hard nut to crack.

The lines of communication alas have failed. The company was communicating ok for a bit, but then when we started having issues. They fell back into the pattern of not responding for days, not getting people out to address issues in a timely manner and so forth. The current issue we are having is a potential gas leak with our heater. We can smell gas even when it is not running. I reported this issue to them May 31st. They directed us not to use the heater and that they would get someone out asap to look at it. Five days later, no inspection - gas smell still present. We shut the main valve off and are dealing directly with the gas company. They do not seem concerned with this issue. The thought of leaking gas seems like something that shouldn't be swept aside. All we asked was that someone take a look at it and make sure everything is safe. Apparently, that is too much to ask 😞. Avoid this company at all cost.

Senior management did reach out after I posted my original review. We had a very candid conversation about best practices and communication. We discussed ways they could improve their customer service and open up better pathways to sharing information and follow through. Those suggestions, at least in the case of our build, were implemented as they assured me they would be. Communication improved significantly and our project was promptly finished.
We still have a full year to work with the company until our warranty expires. As we have not yet set foot in the pool, I cannot speak to how wonderful the end result is. I am hopeful that the pool will be in good working order come opening and will stay top notch moving forward. Assuming this holds true, and the company is prompt and professional should a call on the warranty be needed, I will revisit this review after our first season of use.
Thank you to senior management for taking my initial review seriously. I appreciate that you addressed this case with a mindset for improvement and resisted passing off a bag of excuses. Accountability matters.

Do not use this company to build your pool. Just as others have shared, they are responsive at the start, but fail to follow through with good customer service. Once they have their money, good luck! We signed our contract on May 5th, it is January 21st and we still have not passed inspection. They fail to communicate clearly and in a timely manner, they don't show up for inspections, they fail to pull permits that should have been pulled with the county. The list of complaints I have is ever growing. I am at the point now where I am in the market to find another contractor to finish this job. We can't even say the pool functions correctly and safely as we have never been able to use it. What should have been our dream of pool ownership coming to fruition is now a nightmare that has bled us dry. This company may claim a "passion for splashin" but there is no passion for customer service or efficacy. STAY AWAY!!!!

Significant Delays, Defective Workmanship, and Complete Lack of Project Management
We signed a contract with Premier Pools & Spa in July 2025 for a pool project estimated to take 3 to 5 months. Nearly ten months later, the project remains incomplete, and the workmanship provided does not meet professional standards.
Planning & Regulatory Failures:
Design Negligence: Early in the project, we pointed out that the slope of our lawn required the retaining wall to be on the east side of the pool, rather than the west side as designed. We were assured by the team that our assessment was incorrect. Three months into the project, construction had to be halted and the design redone because the wall did, in fact, need to be placed on the east side.
Utility Violation: The company began excavation without contacting 811 or securing approvals from the necessary utility companies. We had to contact the utility providers ourselves, who confirmed that no inquiry or clearance had been filed by our contractor.
Substandard Workmanship & Maintenance:
Defective Masonry & Hardscape: The stone coping and hardscape are structurally uneven, slanting, and dipping. Portions of the retaining wall and patio lack proper mortar, leaving large gaps where grass and weeds are already growing through the crevices.
Poor Finishes: The tile work around the pool skimmers is concave, and the stone cuts are visibly jagged and uneven.
Lack of Sanitation: Because the pool startup and filtration cleaning were severely delayed, the pool water sat stagnant, accumulating debris and organic matter.
Property Negligence & Security Issues:
Debris & Property Damage: Construction debris, metal grates, and trash have been left scattered across our lawn for months, rendering our children's playground unusable. Crew members consistently left their personal items thrown around our backyard, and pallets of materials have been left blocking our driveway for months, taking up considerable usable space.
Security Concerns: The crew routinely left the entrance gate to our backyard wide open, creating an ongoing security liability.
Despite numerous project escalations to management, very little has been done to resolve these issues or correct the workmanship. Communication has been consistently poor, with no clear timelines or project schedules provided. We cannot recommend this company due to their severe delays, safety oversights, and lack of quality control.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Charles Ham, a pool Project Manager working around the Springfield, VA area, and I felt it was worth sharing just how helpful that interaction was.
Even though I was only in the early stages of considering a pool for my home, Charles took the time to walk me through the entire process—from initial planning and design considerations all the way through construction and timelines. His knowledge of the start-to-finish process was impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
What stood out most was how genuinely helpful he was. He offered thoughtful tips, pointed out things I hadn’t even considered, and gave me a realistic sense of what to expect without any pressure.

Poor Finishes: The tile work around the pool skimmers is concave, and the stone cuts are visibly jagged and uneven.
Lack of Sanitation: Because the pool startup and filtration cleaning were severely delayed, the pool water sat stagnant, accumulating debris and organic matter.

Debris & Property Damage: Construction debris, metal grates, and trash have been left scattered across our lawn for months, rendering our children's playground unusable. Crew members consistently left their personal items thrown around our backyard, and pallets of materials have been left blocking our driveway for months, taking up considerable usable space.
Security Concerns: The crew routinely left the entrance gate to our backyard wide open, creating an ongoing security liability.
Despite numerous project escalations to management, very little has been done to resolve these issues or correct the workmanship. Communication has been consistently poor, with no clear timelines or project schedules provided. We cannot recommend this company due to their severe delays, safety oversights, and lack of quality control.
We have yet to finish our project and have a 1 year warranty after that. I am hopeful the team can still turn this around as communication has picked up lately but certainly not at the level needed.
We signed a contract with Premier Pools & Spa in July 2025 for a pool project estimated to take 3 to 5 months. Nearly ten months later, the project remains incomplete, and the workmanship provided does not meet professional standards.

Rebuilding after a divorce is hard, especially in this economy. I've seen so many projects running over $100k and could never justify a price like that. Jake was the sales guy I worked with. Super cool guy, very communicative, and got things done. My yard was severely limited due to my septic system, but he worked through every step of the process and handled everything to get the project of my dreams and budget made. Aaron was my GC for the build. Another great guy. Always kept me up to date on where we were and what was next. All of his project teams were great too.

We worked with Michael on our backyard and it was the easiest and best part about buying and building a new house. Once we locked our plan in, which was relatively very easy and the work ups they designed were great, we were off to the races! The whole project moved with exceptional speed and precision. Michael set up a group chat where we could ask questions and get quick answers and updates on the progress of our plan. The workers were friendly and polite. Well it’s been almost two years since we had our pool created by Premier Pools & Spas. The new build went great and we loved our pool. The customer service has been a different story. If you plan on having Premier Pools & Spas build you a grotto or water feature make sure they use a reputable company that will be in business for a while and take care of their shotty work. We spent a lot of money on our 30,000 gallon pool and grotto with water feature and we cannot get the repairs completed. We are now filing a complaint with the ROC because they will not follow through on making things right.

But having this pool installed was the exact opposite of that. They were always available to answer any questions we had. Jeremy explained in detail the process and all that it entailed. We had a fantastic experience with Premier Pools & Spas here in Corpus Christi (Port Aransas), Texas. We had several companies give us quotes, and we chose PP&S. The sales process at the start was smooth and professional. They met with us on site in our yard and listened to us, and then presented some beautiful CAD generated design options that were highly tailored to our desires and our yard. We then went into the office where we worked together real-time with the amazing CAD tools to finalize the design including even adjusting where each light should be placed. The CAD design tools were quite impressive, and we also discussed the construction process and learned about the quality of their materials including the rebar size and spacing, gunite, plaster, coping, stone, and decking options, and the equipment they use and why. They set clear expectations on their product, price, materials and construction process, and warranty. In short, their responsiveness and information shared during the initial sales phase was far above the others, and the price wasn’t the lowest we were quoted but seemed very fair for the product they promised. Once the contract was signed, the performance from PP&S continued to please and exceed our expectations. Ryan, our project manager, is just flat out the best we have ever experienced. Ryan’s performance and communication was outstanding and far better than any project manager we have ever worked with, and we have had other homes and pools built for us in the past (using other companies). As with any construction project, there were a few short delays and reschedules along the way due to weather or other issues where the crew availability changed slightly, but nothing major and no surprises. Ryan kept us well informed of the steps and phases and the schedule from start to finish. We always knew who was (or was not) coming to work at our home on what days and what they would be doing, and Ryan was on-site appropriately to ensure things were done correctly and to plan. While our expectation was for about 3 months, it took just over 2 months from initial dig day to having our pool complete. We love our new pool and we are very pleased with every aspect of our experience with PP&S. We highly recommend using Premier Pools & Spas to anyone in this area looking to build a new pool. Thanks very much to everyone at PP&S for a job well done!

We had a great experience with Pinnacle Pool and Spas from start to finish. Mason, our salesperson and designer, was super easy to work with and made the whole process smooth. He really nailed the design and gave us exactly what we were looking for.
Our 13 x 34 in-ground pool with two bubblers and a waterfall turned out exactly how we pictured it. The quality and attention to detail really stand out.
Best part it was all done in just 7 weeks, which was awesome. We’re really happy with how it all turned out and would definitely recommend Pinnacle Pool and Spas.

Our family decided to pull the trigger and have a pool built for our home. We decided to go with Pinnacle Pools and Spas after my wife doing some research. We worked with Festus Fox and John Lee to design and build our backyard oasis. From the very start everything went smoothly and communication from the entire team at Pinnacle was quick and on spot! We’ve had a great experience with Pinnacle Pool so far. Zach has been awesome to work with during the design phase—super knowledgeable, responsive, and really helpful in dialing in the layout and features we wanted. He made the whole planning process feel easy.

We recently had our pool and spa remodeled by Premier Pools of Murrieta. We selected Premier because they offered a solid reputation and a complete project service. We would like to specifically thank Jon and Craig from Premier and Jose, a private contractor who completed the tile, stone and concrete work. There was excellent communication during the entire project and we were always informed when workers were coming and when each stage of the project would be started and completed. They consistently checked with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work and were flexible when we requested minor changes. The pool turned out beautifully and we highly recommend Premier Pools and Spa.

Every step of the process was communicated, was seamless, Joey's 3-D design was amazing, Craig managed the project perfectly and communicated with me all the way, their contractors were on time, and trustworthy, the pricing was on par and way under another quote we got, the final project came out amazing and our yard now feels like a resort. We cant say enough great things about Premier we are truly stoked with their team. We HIGHLY recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking to put a pool in. These guys knew their craft and it showed!!! I would highly recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking to have a pool installed. I got 5 estimates prior to picking Premier, not only were they less expensive than others but for us them being a large company made us feel like they will be around in the future if we ever have problems. We did encounter issues along the way which we expected no matter who would of done the pool. The difference to us was, they fixed all the issues and gave us what we wanted and expected in the beginning when we sat down and designed our back yard, even things that were unforseen and unavoidable, they came up with a plan and fixed them and at no additional cost.
We love our pool and look forward to enjoying it for years to come!

Had such an awesome experience at premier pools! They finished our pool in about 5 weeks!! I really want to thank Craig and RJ, they were both great and made us feel like our pool was at the top of their list (even though I know they are busy and have a ton of work). Overall 10/10 experience

Premier Pools did an amazing job on our pool. The project manager kept us in the loop the entire time, and we never had any scheduling issues. Jake, our sales rep, was extremely accommodating to our budget without sacrificing style. The pricing was flexible, the work was completed on time, and they even built us a fireplace within our budget. The final result came out great. Highly recommend Premier Pools.
